Job summary

As a digital marketing specialist you love to contribute to our client’s growth developing, managing and executing digital marketing. You’ll be developing and managing customized digital marketing strategies to meet client goals in a mix of strategy and execution (hands-on). You know from experience which tactics to prioritize to meet and exceed expectations, realizing quick-wins and building to achieve sustainable results. You improve performance of SEO, SEM, PPC and online channels month-over-month, reporting on the outcome and effectiveness of all digital marketing activities, advising on the right follow-up actions.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced digital marketer with a proven track record in digital marketing creating growth. A responsive professional, continuously on top of it, you can demonstrate the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies and the tactics influencing those results. You’re tech-savvy, comfortable with a variety of digital marketing tools and technology, and always eager to learn more. Skilled in multiple (paid) channels, like LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram, and you love to find out all the tips and tricks to find your way to our clients buyer in their stage in the buyer lifecycle.


  • Managing and executing SEO audits, keyword and backlink research 
  • Improving SEO performance, including on page optimization, generating SEO content and backlink acquisition
  • Managing and executing SEM and PPC campaigns
  • Conducting competitor analysis incorporate website, traffic, keywords, backlinks and social media and advertising
  • Improving performance of sponsored content and search engine campaigns
  • Managing and supporting the automation of marketing campaigns

Required skills & experience

  • Digital marketing experience at fast-growing startups or agencies (2+ years)
  • Comfortable with tools like Google’s (analytics, ads, search console, tag manager, data studio), Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar
  • Skilled in multiple (paid) content channels, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook
  • Analytical with attention to detail
  • Excellent in English (written and oral communication)
