Job summary

As a designer you will create beautifully designed pages for digital and print. From attractive to read long-form copy, up to eye-catching digital design, such as landing pages, pitch decks and online (ad) campaigns. You get the importance of images and illustrations, capable to select the best relevant or decorative examples to support the copy and make your design stand out. You edit images, videos and graphics, aligned with the company brand style, centered around the user. With creativity in your DNA, you’re full of ideas to make the world a bit more beautiful, literally.

You are allergic to ugliness, and a true perfectionist. You understand the importance of design to attract people to read and understand it, without distracting them. You have a good sense of feeling for a well-balanced design. The production phase of creative assets is what you do best. You’re experienced with a wide range of design tools and online page builders. And are able to work in a timely manner to meet deadlines. Fed by brand style, templates and creative briefs, you know how to execute and deliver the most astonishing creative assets.


  • Design and illustrate long-form copy, such as whitepapers, case studies and ebooks
  • Making pitch decks or sales deck in Google Sheets, Powerpoint or Keynote
  • Develop one pagers, brochures and other downloadable or printable collateral
  • Digital design of web pages, landing pages and creatives for online (ad) campaigns
  • Search for (stock) images or graphics to illustrate articles, posts and long-form copy
  • Edit images and illustrations, including size, colors and complex editing
  • Edit existing assets to create an aligned and consistent brand style across multiple formats
  • User research to evaluate and validate the usability of designs 
  • Optimize user-centered design for conversion, user interface and user experience
  • Document your artwork and process with the necessary details (layers, titles, version history)

Required skills & experience

  • Passionate about beautiful and meaningful design that is appealing the targeted users
  • Understand basic design rules, use of color, spacing, illustrations and graphics supporting the readability, usability and attractiveness of pages and assets
  • Able to design different kinds of formats in a timely manner aligned with a brand style 
  • Know-how building templates, wireframes or mockups
  • Knowledge of and experience with Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Sketch, and preferably Keynote and online page builders, like Elementor or Hubspot
  • Highly creative, actively contributing ideas with regard to user-centered design and usability
  • Great sense of style; you understand design concepts, while you are at your best in the production phase, taking technical constraints into account
  • Great communication, presentation and collaboration skills
  • Eye for detail, which goes without saying
  • Fluent in English
