We are looking for experienced growth marketing managers (initially ~20 hrs per week) with an appetite for training and guided implementation to help marketing teams achieve growth excellence.

Job summary

As a Growth Marketing Consultant you will train, mentor, and guide marketing teams of our clients to build and run growth engines based on our B2B Growth Blueprint; a battle-tested three-staged approach to grow business sustainably from within. Your role will focus on growth strategies, and campaign, content and channel management with a strong emphasis on account-based marketing (ABM) for B2B.

Your expertise will enable marketing teams to excel in:

  • Go-to-market and growth strategies, including revenue modeling, forecasting and reporting, ideal customer profiling and segmentation, buyer profiling and journey mapping, competitive value proposition designing and messaging and channel strategies.
  • Product marketing design and execution, translating go-to-market strategies into brand positioning, product messaging and brand assets that resonate with the target customers and sets them apart from competition. 
  • Demand generation and growth marketing execution: create and capture demand through multi-touch ABM programs and a set of multi-channel campaigns that guide ideal buyers through their journey with customer-centric content that helps them solve their problems. 
  • Data analytics and intelligence: building an intelligent, data-driven engine from end-to-end, to allocate resources and budget to best performing efforts and continuously build, measure and learn.

This role requires both a strong foundation in B2B growth marketing and a passion for training and guided implementation. The internal marketing management of one of our managed service clients is part of the onboarding and internal training program to get acquainted with our Blueprint, methodologies and frameworks.

Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is a true professional with 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing and demand generation. He/She understands the strategic aspects of growth strategies and execution to impact revenue growth. Our growth strategist and manager ideally has some level of expertise and experience in a specific domain to complement our current team of consultants:

  • Expert level in relevant B2B digital channels & analytics, like social media and performance marketing (LinkedIn, Google Ads) and data analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker)
  • Expert level in creative, content & design, like content strategies, content and copywriting, graphic and UI/UX design and video and audio creation. 

You are a customer-oriented strategist and growth manager, who knows how to own success together. As a strong communicator, you know how to energize, guide and support marketing team members towards that one goal: sustainable growth. As a marketing professional, you go beyond gut feeling in allocating budget, efforts resources to high-performing activities. You also enjoy rolling up your sleeves to join your tribe and help execute.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver growth marketing training programs based on our B2B growth blueprint, running monthly and weekly in-company training sessions and workshops remote (online)
  • Co-develop training, build and customize training material, like presentations, videos, guidelines and interactive content
  • Mentor and guide the implementation, including briefing, instructing, guiding and supporting next steps based on our blueprints, tools and templates, to help clients learn on the job 
  • Provide structured feedback and coaching during regular 1:1 and team check-ins, reviews, and retrospectives. 
  • Assess and collaborate in the design and implementation of go-to-market and growth strategies, campaigning, content management, tech and channel management, forecasting and reporting.
  • Identify knowledge, experience and skills gaps to set individual, team and in-company learning paths
  • Setup and customize the guided training and implementation roadmap, sprint planning, check-ins, reviews and stakeholder alignment to help client teams prioritize and execute
  • Support a growth mindset and rhythm with the team and the individuals, ideating, testing and validating experimentation in build-measure-learn loops 
  • Strategize and manage related client projects executed by the Comarketers team when providing additional hands-on support to close operation gaps (e.g. research, design, build, implementations) 
  • Monitor the progress of client teams, helping them meet personal and company growth ambitions
  • Provide insights, recommendations and advice on future company and team growth needs in monthly and quarterly reviews

Required skills & experience

  • B2B marketing expertise: proven track record in growth marketing, ABM and demand generation in an international environment with a measurable impact on revenue
  • Strategic Thinker: strong experience in go-to-marketing planning, customer segmentation, value proposition design, messaging frameworks, and campaign, content and channel strategies.
  • Educator Mindset: experience or affinity with teaching, mentoring, or guiding others; ability to translate complex strategies into actionable steps
  • Campaign Leadership: proficiency in multi-channel campaign management, including ABM programming and campaigning, content marketing, lead nurturing and CRO 
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, using data and intelligence to measure and improve performance
  • Collaborative Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead training sessions and workshops 
  • Affinity with innovation, technology and artificial intelligence, with great curiosity to learn, interested in innovative proven methodologies and the latest tools 
  • Comfortable with collaboration and productivity tools (Slack, ClickUp, Google Drive, etc.)
